Clear instruction: get out and about!
In summer: lace up your shoes, open the front door and set off on your hike. Vigorous walking is great exercise for the whole body, good for your heart and your lungs and quite simply stacks of fun. There are chalets not far from climbing routes or mountain bike trails for the more ambitious sports enthusiasts. In winter: step out the chalet, snap on your skis and point yourself down the slopes; alternatively you can get your thrills on a snow tour or zipping down the hills on a sledge. You’ll work up an appetite in the fresh mountain air, so every well-packed rucksack will also contain a hefty ploughman’s lunch.
